Please describe the new purchase process.
  1. On the www.ticketworld.com.ph site you can click “Buy” to take you to the purchase pages or click “View Details” to see more information about the play dates and pricing. You can navigate to the purchase process from this page when you are ready by clicking on “Buy”.
  2. After clicking on “Buy” you will be directed to the event that you selected. If the event has several play dates click on “Buy Tickets” for the date of your choice. The “Buy Tickets” button is color coded to match the availability of tickets for this event. The color coding chart can be seen at the bottom of the event window.
  3. You will see a venue map (for reserved seating) and prices for the various sections or price zones. Select the number of tickets desired from the drop down box AND click on the section or price type of your choice. Click “Get Best Available”.
  4. The “next best seats” available will be displayed to you as small seat icons on the venue map. You can “Accept these seats” or “Try again”. You will note that in the left margin of this page there is an “On Offer Timeout” which counts down from ten minutes. If a purchase is not completed within this time the tickets will be returned to the ticket system as “Available” to the next buyer.
  5. If you “Try Again” you will be retuned to make a new selection but unless you choose a new section or price type you are likely to be offered the same seats!
  6. When you accept the seat offer you will move to the “Create Account” page OR for those who have an account you will be prompted to log in.
  7. We ask you to create your own account so we can manage our services and offers to you in a very professional manner. Since we offer delivery services and a host of other options related to entertainment tickets we would like you to tell us your e-mail address and residential or office address. Confirmations of all your transactions will be sent to your designated e-mail address and if you which to have tickets delivered to you your designated address will be used. You are free to change these details as you wish simply by logging in and making the change. You can also review all your transactional history and view the seat maps and the seats you chose from previous events.
  8. Create your own username - for your security we ask you to create a password which contains one lowercase letter and one symbol.
  9. After creating your account you will move to the payment page. Fill up the required fields and press “Buy”. The response could take up to 15 seconds. Press the “Buy” button only once!!
  10. After a successful purchase you will receive an e-mail confirmation at your designated e-mail address.

Is my purchase being made on a secure system?

Yes, all information used for the purchase of your tickets is used ONLY by the ticket system to insure your purchase is properly recorded. At no time will TicketWorld use or sell your personal information. All information transmitted to the ticket system is encrypted for your safety.

How can I be certain if my purchase is properly recorded?

Simply call our reservations number 891-9999 and ask any of the attendants to check your account. Provide her with your credit card number the event details and e-mail address used when you make the booking. She will confirm your purchase. Alternately, email tickets@ticketworld.com.ph explaining your inquiry.

Can I cancel my purchase?

Purchases cannot be cancelled. All sales are final.

How does the ticket system choose the seats it offers to me on the web site?

The concept of computerized ticketing is one where the ticket buyer has the opportunity to buy the "next best seat" (NBS). In an event which has a reserved seat configuration, each section has a "best seat" configured depending on whether the event is a rock concert, a piano recital or an opera. The ticket system sells seats in an algorithm around the best seat thus the next buyer always is offered the NBS at the time of his request. The procedure is the same whether you call the reservations number or make your purchase through the web site. So, it follows that the longer your postpone your decision to buy, the available seats become less and less desirable.

How much time do I have to make my choice?

The ticket system will "hold" the seats for you for ten (10) minutes while you make your decision. When this time expires, the seats will be released and you must start again and make another choice.

Where do I claim my tickets?

After making a purchase you can claim your tickets at any of our conveniently located outlets or at the Box Office (CCP and Music Museum shows only). Since the system is networked your tickets will be available at any of the outlets immediately upon conclusion of your purchase. Upon presentation of valid ID AND the credit card used to make the purchase, your tickets will be printed for you. For a list of outlets click here.

Can I buy ticket for all events sold by TicketWorld?

Not all events sold by TicketWorld are available on this web site. It is the choice of the promoter/producer whether the tickets are sold on the web. For information and reserations for other shows, please call our reservation attendants at 891-9999.

Yes, the web site is fully operational for the full day - 24 hours. Feel free to browse and buy anytime of the day or night.

Can I have my tickets delivered to me?

Yes, we deliver tickets to the address you submitted when you made your purchase. You can add, edit or delete addresses in your account as you wish but when you but please submit the delivery address that is appropriate for this purchase. Our delivery partner is LBC and our delivery charge is P 200/order to any address in the Philippines.

Are prices the same on the web as at the outlets? Or on the partner sites?

Yes, ticket prices are all the same though partner sites have the right to add fees since they add value to the ticket buying experience.
